Pilates By Nona is a unique, full service Pilates & Barre Studio, created with the customer at heart. Our spacious 800 square ft., boutique studio offers the best in Pilates exercises, adhering closely to the spirit of Joseph Pilates’ Method. We are focused on creating a custom tailored, results driven classical sessions, designed to meet everyone’s specific goals and needs. Pilates By Nona was created by a personable, caring, motivating and high-energy instructor who takes pride in her work as a classical instructor following the teachings of Joseph Pilates, creator of the method and is highly invested in each BODY that enters her studio.

Our experienced, encouraging, friendly and highly qualified instructors will accurately assess each clients posture and movement to build a specific program for each individual.  Each instructor has a minimum of 600 hours of teacher training and are able to work safely with you to help improve your physical strength, flexibility and posture and enhance mind body awareness and offer the best Pilates training in North Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, and Georgetown!

The Studio is located at 302 W. Main St., Suite 202, in downtown Round Rock in a beautiful historic building, right off South Mays Street with easy access to I-35N frontage. Walking distance from shops, restaurants, cafes, library, street parking and a free public parking garage!

Offerings include: privates, duets, mat, and barre group sessions. The studio is fully equipped with top quality, Peak Pilates spring-resistant exercise apparatus including: Reformers, Towers, Chairs, Barrels, Barre, and More.
